Holistic Health Coaching
OUR HEALTH COACHING APPROACH
As your Health Coach, Nikki will work with you holistically to help empower yourself towards health and wellness. Learn your unique Mind Body type and the root cause of your imbalances. As the body becomes balanced (finding homeostasis), it has the power to heal itself.
An extensive intake is performed addressing all areas of one's physical, mental, emotional and spiritual state of being. Lifestyle and habits will also be addressed. A unique program will be implemented through visits designed for the client to make real changes, bringing vibrant health and harmony to one's life.
The goal of a Health Coach is to act as a guide, educator and a source of support to the client. Small recommendations are made at each visit. This ensures long time change and success at adopting healthy and positive change into one's life.
Some symptoms can be reduced quickly and some imbalances can take longer to heal. The results you see through Health Coaching directly relate to the work you are willing to put into yourself. This practice can be life changing!

What is Ayurveda?
Part of your Health Coaching will be using the principles of Ayurveda. Ayurveda, a part of Yoga, is a 5,000 year old holistic form of medicine from India. Ayurveda means "the science of life." The two goals of this practice are to keep the body in a state of health, free from dis-ease and to show us how to use health as basis of, or as part of, a path to enlightenment.
Ayurveda teaches us how to live in harmony with the basic laws of nature. What makes this oldest known system of medicine unique, is that it address the underlying cause of disease, treats the mind, body and spirit as a whole and recognizes each personal has an individual path to wellness.
